Our returns policies are strongly under control based on the COVID-19 rules and regulations in regards to social distancing and contact.

All products purchased from us via our website will not accept request for exchange or refund if the product sealed has been opened. We will endeavour to review the products…


It is particularly important to note that any of our products (clothes) purchased from us that you wish to exchange, or return should and must be handled with care and must be returned in its original condition. This is by ensuring that the product is free from damages, stains, perfumery and most importantly body odour. Failure to adhere to this will result in non-payment of your refund or exchange. Please be advised repayment could only be made by bank transfer to the same bank card used to make the original purchase.


We would refund your money back provided there is no suitable choice of exchange or replacement products of your choice. Shipping, postage, service charge / delivery fees are non-refundable.


Return products within 7-14 days of receiving your purchase. Product outside the 14 days window will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

Items that have been made to your specifications or clearly personalised will not accepted for return or exchange. 


Sealed items that are not suitable for return for health protection and hygiene reasons (eg underwear, swimwear, socks), and that have been unsealed after delivery, or if the hygiene label is no longer in place, will not be acceptable for refunds 

Please return the items using or including all their original packaging, instructions, and other documents, if any, accompanying the items.
